Machining process for titanium mold part with three different process
options: a Boeing-designed baseline with optimized alternative processes from
Sandvik and ISCAR along with tools that go with them.

Assembled into an AP238 data set via the STEP-NC DLL using machining process
data from Catia, Mastercam, and AP242 product geometry from Catia, NX, and
other systems.

116 product models and assembly components for workpiece, rawpiece, fixtures,
in-process shape, and tool assemblies, 155 machining operations, color and
presentation tolerances.
