ST-Runtime Support Files

ST-Developer programs need certain compiled EXPRESS schemas and other run-time support files to function properly. To simplify release engineering for programs built with ST-Developer, these support files have been collected into a freely redistributable package called ST-Runtime.

ST-Runtime is included with ST-Developer, but newer versions may be available. The latest versions in MSI, MSM, and Zip form are listed below. MSI is a stand-alone Windows installer. MSM is a merge module so you can add ST-Runtime to your own Windows installer. The zip file is used for all other platforms.

ST-Runtime v12.1 (2007-09-07)

• Added the data dictionary and shortnames for AP-219.

ST-Runtime v12.0 (2007-08-13)

• Added the data dictionary and shortnames for the AP-203 edition 2 (technical specification) MIM long form schema.

• Added the data dictionary and shortnames for the AP-221 MIM long form schema.

• Updated the data dictionary and shortnames for AP-224 to correspond to the third edition (wg3n1941).

• Added the data dictionary and shortnames for the AP-236 MIM long form schema.

• Updated the data dictionary and shortnames for AP-238 to correspond to the published IS (wg3n2097).

ST-Runtime v11.3 (2006-02-14)

• Added preliminary AP240 support to step_manufacturing_schema

ST-Runtime v11.2 (2005-12-16)

• Packaging update only. MSM Merge module now installs into the directory 'ST-Runtime 11' rather than '.'.

ST-Runtime v11.1 (2005-11-14)

• Updated the data dictionary for AP227 to correspond to the 2005 second edition (wg3n1481).

• Minor updates to the data dictionaries for the AP238 and merged STEP manufacuring schemas.

ST-Runtime v11.0 (2005-08-24)

• Simple repackaging of the v10.3 release, but the Windows installer sets the registry so that it can be used by applications built with either ST-Developer v10 or v11.

ST-Runtime v10.3 (2005-08-15)

• AP225 - Added data dictionary and shortnames files.

ST-Runtime v10.2 (2005-08-02)

• Added the data dictionary and shortnames files for a merged STEP manufacturing schema that covers all of AP238, AP224, and AP203 as well as the overlapping portion of AP214. This schema is now used by the STIX library to support multiple APs.

• AP201 - Updated the data dictionary with some additional complex instances.

• AP202 - Updated the data dictionary with some additional complex instances.

• AP203 - Updated the data dictionary and shortnames to correspond to Ammendment 1 published in 2000 (wg3n916). The ammendment adds bounded_pcurve, bounded_surface_curve, and founded_item. It also changes the name of the 'description' attribute to 'definition' in the alternate_product_relationship and assembly_component_usage_substitute to match AP214.

• AP209 - Updated the data dictionary with some additional complex instances.

• AP214 - Updated the data dictionary and shortnames to correspond to the second edition published in 2003 (wg3n1153).

• AP215 - Updated the data dictionary to correspond to the published IS version (wg3n1232), and added shortnames.

• AP216 - Added shortnames and updated the data dictionary with some additional complex instances.

• AP218 - Updated the data dictionary to correspond to the published IS version (wg3n1342), and added shortnames.

• AP224 - Added shortnames for the feature-based process planning schema and updated the data dictionary with additional complex instances.

• AP227 - Added shortnames for the plant spatial configuration schema and updated the data dictionary with additional complex instances.

• AP232 - Added shortnames for the technical data package schema and updated the data dictionary with additional complex instances.

• CIS/2 - Updated the structural frame schema to the latest LPM/6 version.

• IFC - Added the IFC 2x2 Addendum 1 schema (ifc2x2_final)

ST-Runtime v10.1 (2004-12-02)

• Minor update to bring the AP 238 schema to the DIS version.

ST-Runtime v10.0 (2003-06-23)

• First version, shipped with ST-Developer v10. The ST-Developer system_db directory was eliminated and contents either moved to ST-Runtime (things needed by programs built with ST-Developer) or into the lib subdirectory (things only used by ST-Developer tools).
