PDF versions of the manuals are included with ST-Developer. You can print these files if you prefer to use paper documentation. These manuals require Acrobat Reader, which is available for download from Adobe Systems.

The PDF manuals can be found in the docs directory in the subdirectory for each reference manual. The manuals have hyperlinked bookmarks, so you can jump through them as easily as with HTML.
