Patch 034 -- Merged CAD Library Update

DESCRIPTION:

This patch replaces the ST-Developer 15 Merged CAD library with an
improved version that contains the proposed tessellation schema plus
additional complex instance combinations used for kinematic models:

The changes in Merged CAD Library 15.1 (2012-05-30)

* Added a VERSIONINFO resource to the DLL builds of the library.

* Added VR10 of the proposed Tesselation Schema, which includes the
  following new ENTITY definitions:
