If you have any problems with our products, or questions concerning them, email is the easiest way to get in contact with us. In order to help us solve your problems and questions easier and faster, please try to follow these guidelines when emailing us:

1. Double check your return email address -- Be sure to include a valid email address for us to reply to your questions.
2. Describe your installation -- When reporting a problem, please give us as much information as possible about your machine configuration. List the versions of the operating system, compilers, ST-Developer and any other tools. This will help us when we try to reproduce the problem.
3. Capture the actual error messages -- If possible, please save all error or warning messages and include them with your report. The actual problem may be in a different place than it appears to be.
4. Include a small program that reproduces the behavior -- If you are reporting a problem within some code, first try to isolate and reproduce it in a small, standalone program. This will help us to identify and correct the problem with greater speed.
