The XML group met at STEP Tools in Troy, New York on September 12 & 13, 2002. Senator Bruno joined the group briefly. Senator Bruno expressed his well wishes to the group and to STEP Tools, which was the first technology company to occupy the Rice Building, located in the heart of New York's Tech Valley.
